The Arnold HN2661D model represents a modern battery-powered shunting locomotive (ASF) in Railion’s red livery – ideal for N-gauge model railroaders who want to experience detailed in-house shunting operations digitally. The model features a factory-installed multi-protocol digital decoder and is therefore ready for immediate use in DCC operation.

ASF – a compact helper for factory and railway operations

ASF vehicles are an indispensable part of daily operations on many industrial railways and factory tracks. This model depicts an Era VI vehicle, as used by Railion—strikingly painted red and perfectly suited for short shunting duties in confined spaces.

Digital functions in a compact design

The model is equipped with a NEM651 decoder and features white light changes. Thanks to its in-house coupler mount, it integrates well into existing train concepts. With a length of just 19 mm over the buffers, the ASF is ideal for industrial layouts, dioramas, or as an operational enhancement on larger layouts.
