Arnold HN6720 N 2er Set Gaskesselwagen, SNCF, Ep. IV 'AGA Progas' Product Details

Description

Arnold HN6720 N set of 2 "AGA Progas" gas tank cars, SNCF, Ep. IV - Compact special cars for transporting gas

With the Arnold HN6720, you can expand your N-gauge layout with two characteristic gas tank wagons from the French state railroad SNCF. The two-part set shows compact 2-axle wagons in a white paint scheme with "AGA Progas" lettering - ideal for transporting hazardous goods and liquid gas in Era IV.

AGA Progas - specialist for industrial gas transportation

In Era IV, the transportation of industrial gases on the rail network was widespread. The company AGA Progas supplied numerous industrial and commercial customers with such wagons. The short two-axle wagons with typical lettering were a common sight at French marshalling yards and in transfer trains.

Short wagons, big impact

With a length over buffers of just 73 mm per wagon, these gas tank wagons are ideal for compact layouts. Thanks to the NEM coupling shaft with close coupler link, they can be safely inserted into trains. The white paintwork provides contrast in the freight train formation and indicates the dangerous goods character.
