The IV K was one of the best-known narrow-gauge locomotives in Saxony. As part of the 1960s refurbishment programme, selected locomotives were given a modernized driver's cab and revised technology. The 99 516 shown here was last overhauled on 22.03.1968 in Raw Görlitz and has been preserved as a technical monument to this day. Bemo has perfectly reproduced this reconditioned version in the typical black color scheme with the finest printing and many add-on details.
