Are you looking for a special H0m-scale anniversary locomotive with an elegant design and strong resemblance to the Montreux-Berner Oberland Railway? The Bemo 1259362 MOB Ge 4/4 352 “125 Years of MOB” brings the MOB’s festively decorated anniversary locomotive from Era VI to the model railroad.
To mark the 125th anniversary, one of the three MOB Ge 4/4 8000 locomotives was wrapped in a solid pearl white finish and adorned with a design inspired by traditional Swiss paper cutouts. The motif was created by artist and former railroad employee Ueli Hauswirth.
The locomotive was unveiled on August 21 in Gstaad, deliberately chosen as a location near the language border. The celebration also featured the unveiling of the specially designed GPX train set No. 3 “Gstaad.”
The model is ideal for modern Swiss narrow-gauge scenes and is a real eye-catcher in H0m train formations. The elegant pearl white design with the artistic anniversary motif makes the locomotive particularly attractive to collectors and MOB fans.
The model features a die-cast chassis. Power is transmitted and current is drawn through all four axles, ensuring the locomotive is ready for reliable operation on H0m layouts.
The LED headlight shines white at the front and red at the rear. Brake hoses, heating couplers, and handrails are included for self-assembly.
Get the Bemo 1259362 MOB Ge 4/4 352 “125 Years of MOB” and add an elegant anniversary locomotive with a special design to your Swiss narrow-gauge railway.
