Are you looking for an H0m-scale Rhaetian Railway locomotive with strong authenticity and special sound features? The Bemo 1352127 RhB Ge 4/4 I 607 "Surselva" brings a modernized RhB universal locomotive from Era VI to the model railroad as a Kurvensound version.
The prototype belongs to the Ge 4/4 I 601–610 series, which was delivered by SLM between 1947 and 1953. The locomotives had 1,560 PS of power, reached 75 km/h, and introduced a modern drive concept with single-axle drive to the RhB.
Starting in the late 1980s, the ten locomotives underwent extensive modernization at the Landquart main workshop. Among other things, they were fitted with a new cab, a shuttle train control system, and a red paint scheme.
Subsequently, the scissor-type pantographs were replaced with single-arm pantographs. The Ge 4/4 I 607 “Surselva” thus represents a defining stage in the development of the Rhaetian Railway’s modern fleet.
The model impresses with a newly designed die-cast undercarriage and transmission, as well as a replica of the engine room interior. Spring assemblies mounted on the undercarriage add an extra level of detail.
The 3+1 white LED headlight and the digitally controllable LED cab lighting round out the features. Get the Bemo 1352127 RhB Ge 4/4 I 607 “Surselva” and expand your Swiss H0m layout with a striking RhB universal locomotive featuring curve sound.
