Are you looking for a special H0m anniversary locomotive with sound and an elegant design for the Montreux-Berner Oberland Railway? The Bemo 1359362 MOB Ge 4/4 352 “125 Years of MOB” brings the MOB’s festively decorated anniversary locomotive from Era VI to your Swiss narrow-gauge layout.
To mark the 125th anniversary, one of the three MOB Ge 4/4 8000 locomotives was wrapped in a solid pearl white color and adorned with a design in the style of traditional Swiss paper cutouts. The motif was created by artist and former railroad worker Ueli Hauswirth.
The locomotive was unveiled on August 21 in Gstaad, deliberately chosen as a location near the language border. The celebration also featured the debut of the specially designed GPX train set No. 3 “Gstaad.”
The model is an attractive addition to modern H0m layouts and a special eye-catcher in MOB train formations. The pearl white finish with the artistic anniversary motif makes the locomotive particularly appealing to collectors and enthusiasts of Swiss narrow-gauge railroads.
The model features a die-cast chassis. Power is transmitted and drawn through all four axles, ensuring reliable operation on H0m track.
The LED headlight shines white at the front and red at the rear. Brake hoses, heating couplers, and handrails are included for self-assembly.
