About the model: BEMO is presenting the RhB A 1102 steam railroad car for Era IV-V. The car has a prototypical paint scheme and the finest printing. The model has a length of 122 mm.
About the prototype: With the line extensions Reichenau-Ilanz and Thusis-Engadin, the RhB ordered additional two-axle passenger cars, which were delivered in 1903. Two of these coaches are now part of the RhB's historic steam train: A 1102 was built from B 2124 (ex A9) back in 1972. In October 2002, the 1889 Club was able to put another operational vehicle built in 1903 (ex AB 119, then converted to the BM 6 Xk 9064 crew coach in 1967) into service with the B 2138 "Filisurer Stübli" company coach.
