Are you looking for an elegant H0m dining car for your RhB trains that captures the history of the Glacier Express and Switzerland’s high-quality narrow-gauge trains? The Bemo 3273130 RhB WR 3810 ACPE Dining Car brings a special car in a dark blue ACPE color scheme to the model railroad.

The prototype is based on the three Dr4ü 10–12 dining cars, which were put into service by Mitropa in 1929–30 for use on the RhB rail network. In 1949, the cars were transferred to the Rhaetian Railway and were later modernized several times.

RhB WR 3810 Dining Car in ACPE Livery

The first modernization of the cars took place between 1968 and 1974. A second modernization of the WR 3810–3812—which had since become the hallmark of the Glacier Express—followed in 1982–83.

Starting in 1996, with the renewed refurbishment of the WR 3812, the “Gourmino” color scheme was introduced, which later gave way to the dark blue ACPE livery of the parlor cars. With the WR 3810, Bemo is bringing the dark blue ACPE design to life with a new road number.
