Would you like to enrich your Era II layout with an authentic classic electric locomotive? The Brawa 43244 brings a fascinating piece of German railroad history to your H0 tracks with the E 75 of the Deutsche Reichsbahn-Gesellschaft (DRG) - ideal for fans of early electric train operation in the DC system.
The E 75 is one of the defining locomotives of the late 1920s and 1930s. Developed for heavy passenger and freight traffic, it was mainly used in southern Germany. With its striking body and individually mounted stems, it was a typical example of early electric traction technology in Germany.
Even though the model is analog without sound, the PluX22 interface provides a solid basis for digital retrofitting. The LED lighting with red and white light change ensures a harmonious appearance in operation. With a length over buffers of 176.8 mm, the locomotive is ideal for medium-sized and larger layouts.
The close-coupling kinematics in accordance with the NEM standard allow flexible train compositions with minimum wagon spacing. Thanks to its minimum radius of 360 mm, the locomotive fits well on typical H0 layouts with classic track geometries. The filigree design and the true-to-original DRG design make it an eye-catcher in any Era II collection.
