With the Brawa 44582 H0 TWINDEXX VARIO multiple unit, you can bring an impressive and detailed electric double-decker multiple unit to your model railroad layout. The TWINDEXX VARIO multiple unit is based on the proven concept of the Bombardier double-decker trains and is used successfully throughout Europe. Thanks to the modular design with motor, middle and control carriages, the trains can be flexibly adapted to the respective capacity. The new electric drives offer the option of running both in classic push-pull operation with locomotives and independently as a multiple unit.
The multiple unit consists of two railcars and a middle car, all of which are exactly 1:87 scale. The high-quality plastic bodies are stable and impact-resistant, while the metal floor plates provide additional stability. Precisely fitted windows and finely printed window frames give the model a realistic appearance. The three-dimensional front sections and the extra details such as windscreen wipers and etched tread plates underline the high level of detail.
The multiple unit is equipped with warm white LEDs that illuminate both the interior and the train destination displays (digitally controllable). The lighting changes automatically between white three-light headlights and red tail lights depending on the direction of travel. Separate lighting in the driver's cab provides additional authenticity.
The built-in Döhler & Haass sound decoder provides an impressive, true-to-original sound that perfectly complements the driving experience. From engine noises to door signals and passenger announcements - the sound makes every journey an experience.
In digital operation, the ZugBUS ensures automatic recognition of the leading and last vehicle in the train set. It controls all lighting and braking functions precisely and realistically. This enables even more authentic operating behavior on your model railway layout.
The TWINDEXX VARIO multiple unit can be seamlessly combined with additional carriages or other TWINDEXX models thanks to the NEM close coupling mount and close coupling kinematics. With an impressive length over buffers of 900 mm, the train is ideal for larger model railroad layouts and versatile scenarios in regional and long-distance transport.
