About the model: The K.W.St.E. "Brauerei Leicht Vaihingen" boxcar is a detailed H0 model from the BRAWA brand. In addition to its prototypical appearance, the wagon has other impressive features, such as metal wheels and an extra brake system. Furthermore, the model has already been given the road number "Württemberg 600 055 [P]" and has a length of 97.3 mm.
About the prototype: The Württemberg version of these Gm cars was built from 1907. By 1911, a total of 1813 units had been built by various wagon factories. A characteristic feature of the Württemberg wagons was the division of the side walls into 8 segments and the steel wagon door. The underframes had an additional fish-belly beam. These Württemberg wagons were only available without a handbrake.
After the First World War, numerous coaches of this type were transferred to the DRG, where they were assigned to the Hanover class.
