Description

Brawa 50932 H0 Sggmmrrs "ArcelorMittal" bogie flat car, DB AG, Era VI: Innovative freight car for modern model railroad layouts

The Brawa 50932 H0 Sggmmrrs "ArcelorMittal" bogie flat wagon is a detailed replica of the modern Inno wagon as used in the DB AG fleet in Era VI. With its precise workmanship, the true-to-original frame structure and the reproduction of the latest generation Y25 bogie, this model is a highlight for every H0 model railroad layout.

The prototype: DB AG InnoWaggon Sggmmrrs

The Sggmmrrs belongs to the family of InnoWaggons developed by the Innofreight company. These modern bogie flat wagons can be used flexibly and offer a wide variety of loading options thanks to their standardized folding container spigots. The InnoWaggons are available in lengths of 2x30 ft, 2x40 ft and 2x45 ft and each consist of two short-coupled carrying wagons. They enable the efficient transportation of a wide variety of goods - from steel products to containers and heavy goods. The wagon shown here is used to transport materials for steel giant ArcelorMittal, among others.

A key advantage of InnoWaggons is their adaptability. They can be configured for specific customer requirements and transportation tasks, which is of great importance in modern rail freight transport. DB AG uses these wagons on many European routes due to their flexibility and efficiency.

Brawa - quality and technical precision

The Brawa brand is known for its models with the highest level of detail and technical precision. The 50932 Sggmmrrs bogie flat car impresses with its reproduction of all three InnoWaggon double cars, extra brake adjusters and finely engraved details. The latest generation Y25 bogie and the true-to-original vehicle frame make the model a perfect replica of the prototype. The internally profiled wheels and the close coupler kinematics in accordance with the NEM standard also ensure realistic driving characteristics.

Technical details of the Brawa 50932 bogie flat car

The model has a length over buffers of 260 mm and is designed for the 2-conductor direct current system (DC). It has close coupling kinematics in accordance with the NEM standard, which allows easy integration into existing train formations. The minimum radius for use is 360 mm. The wagon is supplied without a load, which gives model railroaders the opportunity to design it individually. An AC wheelset exchange is possible without any problems (AC wheelset: Brawa order no. 2188).

Era VI: Modern technology and innovation in rail freight transportation

Era VI (from 2007) stands for the modernization and internationalization of rail freight traffic. New wagon types such as the Sggmmrrs InnoWaggon enable efficient and flexible transport solutions that are tailored to the special requirements of the logistics sector. DB AG uses such wagons to make freight transportation more economical and environmentally friendly.

Conclusion: A must for modern model railroad layouts

The Brawa 50932 H0 Sggmmrrs "ArcelorMittal" bogie flat car is an outstanding model for model railroaders who appreciate modern freight cars and flexible design options. Thanks to its high-quality workmanship, faithful reproduction and the option of individual loading, this wagon is a perfect addition to any H0 layout.
