The Brawa 51309 H0 Pw4ü baggage car brings the legendary E 230 express train and the post-war era directly to your model railroad layout. The Pw4ü baggage car played a central role in post-war express train traffic, especially in express trains such as the famous E 230 express train, which took passengers through the Ruhr area from Dortmund to Cologne in the 1950s. The combination of old express train coaches and modern city express coaches made these trains a symbol of economic reconstruction in Germany. Luggage wagons such as the Pw4ü not only transported suitcases and goods, but also mail and smaller freight items and were therefore indispensable in the railroad network of the time.
The Brawa 51309 baggage car is characterized by its true-to-scale reproduction of the side panels and the prototypical bogies. The wheel sets with center bearings ensure smooth running and quiet operation on your model railroad layout.
