The Brawa 58182 H0 Aüm 203 Express Train Car, DB, Era IV brings the elegance and comfort of the classic Deutsche Bundesbahn to digital model railroading with 3-wire alternating current (AC). Equipped with LED interior lighting, exquisite detailing, and a design faithful to the original, this model is the perfect addition to high-quality express train sets from the 1970s and 1980s.

Prototype-Accurate Design & Scale Accuracy

With the road number 51 80 10-40 237-9, this model is based exactly on the DB Aüm 203 car type. The length over buffers is 303 mm, rendered in the exact 1:87 (H0) scale. Painted dark blue, the car was part of high-quality long-distance trains and F-train formations during Era IV.

Technical Design & Lighting

The car comes factory-equipped with warm-white LED interior lighting —ideal for realistic nighttime runs and detailed station scenes. The spring-loaded rubber bead at the car joint, scale-accurate windows, the attached G150-type generator, and the 094/096-type wheel sets with corrugated wheel discs demonstrate the high quality of the model’s construction.
