With the Brawa 58187 H0 Büm 234 Express Train Car, DB, Era IV, you can add a fully illuminated model of the popular German Federal Railroad (DB) second-class long-distance train car to your DC layout. The factory-installed LED interior lighting creates a realistic operating atmosphere on your H0 layout—ideal for classic express trains from the 1970s and 1980s.

Faithfully reproduced to scale and true to the prototype

The car bears the operational number 51 80 22-41 017-0 and belongs to the well-known Büm 234 type—a further development of the popular B4ümg-54 cars. With a length over the buffers of 303 mm and precise construction at a 1:87 scale, this model fits perfectly into Era IV express train formations.

Technical Features & Equipment in Detail

The model features built-in LED interior lighting, scale-accurate windows, a spring-loaded rubber bead at the car joint, as well as separately attached steps and handrails. The G150-type generator is separately attached, as are the 094/096-type bogies with corrugated wheel discs. As a result, the car offers an excellent balance of technology and prototypical accuracy.
