With the V320 001, you can bring a unique piece of railroad history to your analog H0 layout. The largest diesel locomotive ever built in Germany appears here as a precise model with an impressive level of detail and sound preparation - perfect for collectors and analog drivers with upgrade ambitions.
Henschel developed the V320 at its own expense and presented the enormous one-off in 1962. Despite excellent performance data with 3800 hp and a top speed of 180 km/h, it remained a one-off. Nevertheless, the locomotive had a lasting impact on the design of the later V160 family. It was used by DB, Hersfelder Kreisbahn and the Wiebe company, among others - today it stands as a technical monument in Wittenberge.
This version is designed for analog DC operation, but is already prepared for locomotive sound. The model impresses with the finest engravings, numerous applied details and a well thought-out chassis with flywheel mass and traction tires - ideal for realistic operation from a radius of R360.
