Description

The IFA S 4000-1 was produced from 1958 in the Sachsenring automobile plant in Zwickau, as an improved version of the S 4000 and successor to the H3A. It was characterized above all by its higher payload of 4t, its synchronized transmission and a rubber-mounted driver's cab. From 1960, production was transferred to the "Ernst Grube" Werdau motor vehicle plant. This model from Brekina, represents a version of the S 4000-1, which was produced for the NVA, as a tanker. In addition to the dark green color, this is especially evident by a marking on the doors of the driver's cab. The detailed design of the car, makes it look excellent in a variety of situations.
