Description

The Busch 52830 H0 Ford Ranger with hardtop is a silver metallic painted radio patrol car of the Saxony water police. Equipped with a blue belly band, the vehicle is stationed with the water police of the Dresden section. It is used for patrols, inspections and other missions throughout the eastern Saxon region along the Elbe and on waterways. It can also tow a boat trailer, which is required for water operations. In organizational terms, the Saxon water police are part of the Leipzig riot police headquarters and cover the locations of Dresden, Pirna, Riesa and police stations near lakes. Model 52831 is the counterpart of the Saxon water rescue service of the German Red Cross.
