The original of this Seldner house can be seen in the "Hohenloher Freilandmuseum Wackershofen" (www.wackershofen.de). The model originally stood in Forchtenberg in the Hohenlohe district. The house, built in 1778, was converted around 1830 into a "single house", combining a dwelling, stable and barn under one roof. The timber frame, doors and windows of the model are made of real wood and are stained in the same color as the original. The compartments also match the original plaster in terms of color and texture of their surface design and no longer need to be re-treated. The stable door and gates are suspended on delicate hinges and can be opened. The striking building impresses with many details, for example the filigree window frames and the relief-like depiction of the cornerstones. Prepared for the installation of interior lighting (lighting base Busch no. 4280).
Assembly is particularly easy thanks to a sturdy, plug-in substructure, which is covered with the pre-cut and colored parts. All you need is a craft knife and model-making glue (e.g. Busch 7599) or all-purpose glue (e.g. UHU® Kraft).
