The Electrotren HE6089 H0 Taoos Swivel-Top Freight Car, RENFE, Era IV is a 4-axle Taoos-type swivel-top freight car that adds a striking accent to your freight car fleet with its gray-and-yellow “Saltra” color scheme.
The car is designed for H0 gauge and is classified as RENFE in Era IV. In reality, hinged-roof cars like the Taoos are suitable for cargo that needs to be loaded from above but then transported under cover. This gives the model an interesting functionality and adds variety to the car designs in model railroading.
The gray-and-yellow “Saltra” color scheme creates a striking yet prototypical appearance. This car can be used very effectively in mixed freight trains, at loading facilities, or in industrial and port scenes.
