Description

The W50 was designed in over 70 basic variants with various superstructures. In addition to the platform truck, the tipper version was the most widespread and highest-volume version produced in Ludwigsfelde. The wide low-pressure tires noticeably increased the off-road capability. The W50 was suitable both for new development areas, where there were hardly any paved roads during the construction phases, and for difficult terrain.The completely apple-green color variant was a special paint job for the Leipzig Trade Fair during the reunification period.
