The Busch 99324 H0 Framo V901/2 flatbed brushes is a detailed model of the popular small van, which was produced between 1954 and 1961 in the VEB Barkas-Werke Karl-Marx-Stadt (formerly Framo in Hainichen). The V901/2 was continued as a Barkas in 1957 and was available in various versions such as panel van, half-bus, bus and platform truck. Particularly noteworthy is the platform truck variant with a brush body, which was designed for use in cleaning work.
The Framo V901/2 was characterized by its top speed of 75-82 km/h and was also exported to other European countries despite its limited production. Many of these vans were used in the GDR until the end of the 1980s, as the demand for small vans was high. The robust construction and the continuous production of spare parts ensured a long service life for the vehicle.
The H0 scale model (1:87) is equipped with fine details such as decorative strips, door handles and radiator grille and is a special collector's item. The Framo model is available both with and without a tarpaulin and perfectly captures the charm of the classic car.
