Description

The ESU 50096 ECoSDetector Standard feedback module monitors 16 track sections and detects train movements on 3-wire tracks. It can also be used as a switching input for various signals and is connected directly to the command station. The operating software can be updated for continuous technical improvements.

With the ECoSDetector Standard, ESU presents a reliable and inexpensive feedback module for model railroads. This module is ideal for model railroaders who have no need for the extended functions of the ECoSDetector. It serves as a modern replacement for older s88 feedback modules and requires no changes to the track side.

Monitoring and reporting

• Monitors 16 track sections
• Determines whether a train is on a section (occupied signal)
• Can be used with any 3-wire track (M, K or C track)

Switching inputs

• 16 inputs can be used as conventional switching inputs
• Connects reed contacts, switching tracks, buttons and toggle switches
• Information is processed in the control center

ECoSlink connection

• Direct connection to the control center via the ECoSlink bus
• Compatible with ECoS command stations and Central Station® Reloaded with update from ESU
