With the Faller 130432 kit, modelers receive two charming relief houses for creating authentic backgrounds on H0 layouts. The models are designed as split-face structures and are ideal for space-saving displays of realistic city or village scenes along the edge of the layout. This allows you to add extra depth and urban character to your model landscape—in true Era II style.
The split-half buildings are ideal for realistically depicting street fronts or rows of houses along the layout edge. By combining different building sizes and architectural details, you can create a varied and historically authentic backdrop without taking up valuable space.
The kit includes 113 individual parts in 5 colors, a window decal, a curtain mask, and detailed assembly instructions. The two houses measure 61 × 57 × 150 mm and 61 × 47 × 142 mm, respectively, making them ideally suited for H0 scale. The difficulty level is moderate—making this kit well-suited even for advanced beginners with some modeling experience.
The buildings’ design is based on Era II (approx. 1920–1949) and fits perfectly into scenarios set during the interwar period or the early postwar years. Whether as part of a small town or in the background of a rural train station—these houses blend seamlessly into historical scenes.
With this set, Faller offers a great way to create three-dimensional backdrops without overloading the foreground. Perfect for layout builders who value depth, atmosphere, and historical authenticity—while also wanting to save space.
