Description

The true-to-original model of the "Brandshof" petrol station from 1953 in Hamburg presents the characteristic Fifties architecture. It comprises the four main areas: Petrol station with fuel pumps, petrol station attendant's house with sales and refreshment room and two wagon sheds. Typical stylistic features of the listed building are the white-tiled facades, rounded glass fronts and the filigree flat roof, supported by a mushroom column. Colored tiles at the base and two-tone petrol pumps in the striking red and white design of the "Gasolin" brand set additional accents.
