The Fleischmann 6660139 brings a particularly eye-catching model to your N-gauge layout: the dust silo wagon of the Deutsche Reichsbahn with the advertising inscription "Leuna-Mirathen". With its elaborate printing and the numerous finely applied plug-in parts - some of which are openwork - it will be an eye-catcher in any Era IV freight train.
"Leuna-Mirathen" was a brand name for chemical products from the Leuna combine, one of the most important chemical sites in the GDR. Specialized dust silo wagons like this one were used to transport these products in powder form. The eye-catching lettering not only served as identification, but also had an advertising function on the rails.
The wagon has numerous attached components, including pipes, steps and silo container elements - many of them in an openwork, three-dimensional design. The elaborate advertising printing is implemented in razor-sharp detail and gives the model a realistic appearance. With a length over buffers of 119 mm, the wagon fits perfectly into Era IV freight trains.
