Are you looking for an impressive steam locomotive for your museum operation? The 23 076 of the Veluwsche Stoomtrein Maatschappij (VSM) brings nostalgic flair to your N-gauge layout - richly detailed with movable Heusinger control and the typical appearance of an operational Era VI museum locomotive.
The class 23 was the last new steam locomotive series developed by the German Federal Railroad. Between 1950 and 1959, 105 units were built as passenger locomotives. Locomotive 23 076 was the first of its series to be transferred to the Dutch VSM in 1976. Together with sister locomotive 23 071, it is still in service there today.
Fleischmann is presenting the 23 076 as a VSM museum locomotive - in an exact livery and with numerous details. The movable Heusinger controls and the finely crafted running gear ensure a realistic appearance. The LED headlights are switched depending on the direction of travel.
The locomotive is equipped with a powerful drive on two axles, two traction tires and a flywheel. It is suitable for radii from 192 mm and has an NEM 355 coupler (without close coupler link). The model can be digitally retrofitted via the Next18 interface if required.
The Fleischmann 7160027 23 076 combines classic steam locomotive technology with the flair of modern museum operations. Now available in the model railroad store - ideal for special trains, plan steam or historical operating dioramas!
