Are you looking for a compact and powerful shunting locomotive for your model railway layout? The class 92.5-10 of the German Federal Railroad, based on the Prussian T 13, brings historical shunting service of epochs III and IV to your N scale as a finely detailed sound model - with a modern bell-type armature motor and authentic steam sound.
Between 1910 and 1916, over 500 units of the T 13 were built for the Prussian State Railways. Later operated by the DRG and DB as class 92.5-10, the locomotives proved their worth primarily in shunting service. The last 92 was taken out of service at Kassel depot in 1965. Its robust construction and compact size made it the ideal workhorse on many branch and connecting lines.
Fleischmann supplies the model with fine lines on the boiler, a clear view between the boiler and running gear as well as LED tip lighting. In digital operation, authentic sound functions provide a realistic driving experience. The maintenance-free bell-type armature motor guarantees particularly smooth running - even at low speeds.
The locomotive has four powered axles, a traction tire axle and a flywheel for smooth running. The Next18 digital interface is used and the sound decoder is factory-fitted. Thanks to the NEM 355 coupler with close coupler link, the locomotive can be easily integrated into freight train sets or branch line trains.
The Fleischmann 7170034 BR 92 brings historic steam operation with technical finesse to your layout. Now available in the model railway store - perfect for railroad depots, sidings and branch lines!
