The Fleischmann 7360032 brings a typical Era VI working locomotive to your N-gauge layout: the DB Netz AG 203 303-3 diesel locomotive. This locomotive impresses with its robust appearance, fine detailing including gray grab irons and lamp rings as well as solid technology inside. Perfectly suited for shunting tasks, construction trains or short freight trains in modern railroad operation.
As a subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn, DB Netz AG is responsible for the entire rail network, including all facilities required for operations. It uses special vehicles for maintenance, new construction and repairs - including locomotives such as the 203 303-3. The former DR-V100 has been modernized and is now used in striking yellow livery in front of construction and material trains.
The model has a Next18 interface for digital operation as well as direction-dependent LED headlights with three white and two red lights. The attached grab irons and lamp rings in grey emphasize the prototypical implementation. Despite its compact design, the locomotive has everything a powerful workhorse needs.
With a length of only 87 mm over buffers, the locomotive is perfect for short trains and cramped track layouts. Two traction tires and a flywheel mass ensure reliable tractive power. The locomotive is designed for tight radii from 192 mm and can be used flexibly thanks to the NEM 355 coupling shaft with close coupling kinematics.
The Fleischmann 7360032 DB Netz diesel locomotive 203 303-3 is the ideal addition for authentic railroad construction scenes and operating runs on the modern track network. Now available in the model railroad store!
