The Fleischmann 7560070 is a strictly limited special edition of the ÖBB Taurus locomotive 1116 212-2 in the colorful design "Football unites Europe". The model in N scale (1:160) appears in and is equipped with the finest printing and numerous technical details.

The locomotive was designed by ROCO 2024 as an "ambassador locomotive" to strengthen European cohesion in the spirit of soccer. Covered with flags of European nations, match scenes and soccer symbols, it was used in real life in front of Railjet trains in Austria, Germany and Switzerland - a highlight for fans and collectors alike.

The model is technically impressive with a 3-pole motor with flywheel mass as well as four driven axles and two traction tires for optimum tractive power. The LED headlights are dependent on the direction of travel and consist of three white front lights and two red rear lights.

Equipped with an interface in accordance with NEM 651, the locomotive can be digitally retrofitted. It also has NEM 355 coupler pockets with close coupler kinematics. The minimum radius is 192 mm. The elaborate roof design with additional pantograph (Switzerland package) emphasizes the prototypical character of the model.

With a length over buffers of 121 mm, the locomotive is perfectly suited for use in front of modern long-distance trains such as the ÖBB Railjet. For all owners of a digital control system, the locomotive is compatible with the Z21 driver's cab and therefore also offers a realistic virtual driving experience.
