With the Fleischmann 7570068, ČD Cargo brings an impressive multi-system electric locomotive to N scale - digitally equipped and with true-to-original sound. The 372 007-5 was one of the few locomotives that could run across the border between the Czech Republic and Germany and is now running in the modern colors of the ČD Cargo freight division. Ideal for anyone who wants to depict authentic Eastern European traffic on their layout.

Cross-border operation on the Dresden-Prague route

The class 372 was originally developed jointly by ČSD and DR to enable continuous electric operation between the 3 kV direct current network of the ČSSR and the 15 kV alternating current network of the GDR. After commissioning from 1991, many of these locomotives were modernized and used by ČD Cargo for freight transport - primarily on the Decin-Bad Schandau-Dresden axis, but also to Leipzig or to Polish border stations.

Digital model with sound and light functions

The model is equipped with a digital decoder in accordance with the Next18 standard and has extensive sound functions - including true-to-original operating sounds. The headlights (3x white / 2x red) depend on the direction of travel and are realized with energy-saving LED technology. The light functions can be switched separately in digital operation.

Detailed design - technically precise

The 7570068 has a finely detailed body, separately applied grab irons and an elaborate roof design including filigree pantographs. Four axles are powered, two of them with traction tires. Thanks to the NEM 355 coupling shaft with close coupling kinematics and a minimum radius of 192 mm, the model is suitable for all standard N-gauge layouts.
