The VT 11.5 in a new role - the RailAdventure train hotel

The former Deutsche Bundesbahn parade train has been transformed into a mobile hotel: RailAdventure uses the BR 601 as rolling accommodation and a lounge for customers and teams on international project assignments. The locomotives and carriages of the "train hotel" are available in Braunschweig and combine historical luxury with modern utility value - now available for the first time as an N-gauge model with exclusive equipment.

Digital equipment with sound and light

The four-part set consists of two power cars (one motorized, both with sound function) and two middle cars. The factory-integrated LED interior lighting provides atmospheric lighting throughout the train. Both power cars are equipped with digital decoders in accordance with NEM 651 and reproduce realistic operating sounds. The LED headlights with changeover depending on the direction of travel round off the equipment.

Functionality and appearance at the highest level

The train runs smoothly and powerfully thanks to the flywheel, two powered axles and traction tires in the power car. The in-house coupling ensures a short distance between cars and a harmonious train appearance. The minimum radius is 225 mm - ideal for medium and larger N-gauge layouts. With an overall length of 480 mm, the model offers real presence on the track.
