Processing instructions:
Two cork strips joined together each time make the finished ballast bed with beveled slopes with 45° angle. Separate them in the middle. (The separation point is pre-cut and can be easily torn apart).
Processing:
Draw the track centerline on your railroad track. Paint the track and the cork bedding with contact adhesive, e.g. UHU Greenit, and let it flash off a bit. Glue the cork bedding with the 90° edge exactly along the track centerline. For turnouts, always glue the outer and the bending cork strips first. Now fit the inner cork strips using a sharp craft knife and your cork ballast bed is ready.
