The igra 96010102 Sggnss-XLs Container Car, manufactured by the METRANS Group, brings state-of-the-art freight transport directly to your model railroad layout. This highly detailed H0 model from Era VI is a prime example of 21st-century intermodal rail freight transport. With its authentic container equipment and precise color scheme, it is ideal for realistic container transport train sets.

Prototype-accurate detailing for a realistic overall appearance

The Sggnss-XLs car impresses with its finely engraved frame structures, delicate printing, and true-to-life depiction of the loading unit. The included or attached containers—including an MSC and a CAI container—complete the look of a typical METRANS transport car. The neatly applied road numbers and METRANS logos underscore the model’s authenticity.

Impressive engineering—compatible and robust

The car is designed for operation on all standard H0 track systems and features a NEM coupler housing with close-coupling kinematics. This ensures reliable running performance in daily operation on the model railroad. Whether in long block trains or as a single car in terminal operations—this flatcar always cuts a fine figure.

For modern railroad scenes and international freight trains

Thanks to its modern METRANS design and container load, the model is perfectly suited for contemporary layouts focused on international logistics, terminal operations, and container handling. The car can be used in combination with modern electric locomotives such as the Vectron or Traxx and integrates seamlessly into existing container trains.

Conclusion: Model diversity meets logistics expertise

The igra 96010102 METRANS Sggnss-XLs Container Car is a must-have for all model railroaders who want to recreate authentic contemporary freight transport scenes. High-quality craftsmanship, fine details, and a compelling overall design make this car a true highlight in any modern fleet.
