Description

With this model, Kres is reproducing a 4-axle DR rail bus. These were manufactured in 1964 and 1965 by the former VEB Waggonbau Bautzen and were in service with the Cottbus Reichsbahn Directorate until 1975 and 1978 respectively. However, series production of the rail buses never took place. The model has a variety of digitally switchable light and sound functions. The lighting options include interior lighting, separate toilet lighting and driver's cab lighting, which are modeled on the neon tubes of the time. Visually, it is impressive with its detailed interior and the accurately reproduced external features and structural characteristics of the original. A powerful motor completes the model and ensures excellent running characteristics with high tractive power.
