Description

The railcars of the Stettin type were originally developed by the Deutsche Reichsbahn for use in local and express service on non-electrified lines. After World War II, three of these vehicles were still used by the German railroad under the designation VT 45, primarily in the Bielefeld area, until 1969. The DB modernized the cars, with new wiring, the new drive motors Mercedes-Benz and installed lighting with fluorescent lamps. Kres reproduces this modernized condition with this model. This is shown especially by the design of the cars with DB imprint. In addition to this provides a detailed interior, for an outstanding overall visual impression.
