The diesel locomotive V 100 012 of the Deutsche Reichsbahn (DR) from Era III is a detailed model from Lenz in gauge 0. Prototype:

In the 1950s, the DR worked on a replacement for the steam locomotives in light to medium passenger and freight train service. The V 100 was designed with 1,000 HP and was later assigned to the 110 class. In the 1980s, these locomotives were fitted with more powerful engines and were designated series 112 and 114. An interesting detail of the V 100 is the driving switch, which was operated with a Trabant steering wheel.
