The Lenz 40195-06 0 VT 95 rail bus is a high-quality replica of the single-engine light railcars of the German Federal Railroad, which were known as rail buses. This model represents the rail bus VT 95 9619 of the BD Cologne, Bw Jülich, from epoch IIIb and has an integrated three-light peak signal.

The VT 95 series was specially developed for branch lines on which the operation of steam locomotives or diesel locomotives was not economical. The changeover to the 795 series designation took place from 1968.
