Description

Built on the basis of the Glmhs Leipzig, the MCi makeshift coaches were intended to remedy the shortage of passenger coaches caused by the war from 1943. The generic designation "M" stands for Behelfs-/Mannschaftswagen, the "C" stands for 3rd class and "i" stands for Durchgangswagen and open gangways.

In addition to the typical Lenz standard equipment, the MCi models have the proven technical equipment such as the constant interior lighting, switchable in digital mode, platform lighting in digital mode separately switchable to the interior lighting, a detailed interior and dark nickel-plated wheel sets.
