Is your express train still missing the right piece of luggage? With the Lenz 41252-03 Pw4üe baggage car, you can complete your Era III train composition in proper style and prototypically. This model combines the typical design language of the 1950s with the latest technology on a scale of 1:45 - a must for every gauge 0 enthusiast with a focus on the German Federal Railroad.
The Pw4üe baggage car with the road number 105 182 Hmb is painted in classic RAL 6007 (bottle green) and has the distinctive appearance of the DB of the post-war period. As an integral part of many express trains, the baggage car was responsible for carrying freight, express goods or mail - a prototype that should not be missing on any Era III layout.
With a length over buffers of 437 mm, the model fits harmoniously into any train formation. The interior lighting - powered by current pick-up at the wheel bearings - together with the constant light pattern ensures realistic illumination. A finely detailed interior is also included. Please note: The doors of this model are not designed to open.
The car automatically recognizes digital or analog operation and is equipped with RailCom - ideal for modern feedback functions. Close coupler kinematics, kinemagnetics as well as metal wheel sets and NEM shaft guarantee reliable operation on your layout. If you attach particular importance to attention to detail, you can retrofit a screw coupler.
Whether as a supplement to D train carriages or in an inter-zone train - the Pw4üe D28 from Lenz is the ideal addition for anyone who prefers historical train compositions with a high degree of realism. Its prototypical design and technical equipment make it a versatile highlight for any Era III layout.
