With the LGB 22064 Ge 6/6 II you can get a real highlight of the Rhaetian Railroad on your garden railroad. The electric locomotive with the road number 703 "St. Moritz" is in the current operating condition of Era VI - including true-to-original paint scheme and lettering. This powerful locomotive with an articulated frame brings authentic Swiss Alpine charm and top digital performance to a scale of 1:22.5.
The Ge 6/6 II was procured from the 1950s for heavy service on the demanding RhB lines. With its Co'Co' axle arrangement, a continuous frame with articulation in the middle and strong tractive power, it still reliably handles freight and express trains in the Alpine region today. The locomotive 703 "St. Moritz" shown here is still in active service.
The model is powerfully driven by four wheel sets via two Bühler motors with ball bearings. An mfx/DCC decoder is already integrated and offers numerous light and sound functions for a realistic driving experience. The lower headlights have an angular design to match the current prototype.
The single-arm pantograph is motor-driven and can be raised and lowered digitally - a real highlight for model railroaders who love detail. The characteristic joint in the middle of the locomotive is also correctly reproduced and gives the model a prototypical appearance.
