With the LGB 41025 Museum Car 2025, LGB is putting a lovingly designed special model on the tracks for the anniversary "25 Years Back to Steinbach". The four-axle passenger car is based on the model of a Pressnitz Valley Railroad buffet car that is in use on numerous Saxon narrow-gauge railroads. The model is a highlight for garden railroaders who place particular value on faithfulness to the prototype, historical reference and high quality.
The car is painted and lettered true to the original for Era VI and clearly bears the anniversary logo "25 years back to Steinbach". As with the prototype, this buffet car is used on the line on special occasions and therefore also reflects its authentic area of use in the model.
The model impresses with a complete interior and opening doors on the platforms. This means that the wagon not only looks realistic, but also offers a high level of play functionality. The fine detailing, together with the robust metal wheel sets, ensures safe running and excellent presentation on the garden railway layout.
With a length over buffers of 58 cm, the museum car is ideally proportioned for use on LGB layouts in G scale. Its solid construction makes it weatherproof and suitable for long-term use - whether on the patio at home, in the garden or indoors.
