Are you looking for an exceptional H0 train set that combines French steam locomotive history with Swiss museum cars? The Märklin 26141 Train Set with 141.R combines an impressive express steam locomotive with three historic passenger cars, offering a particularly high-quality set for discerning model railroaders.
The prototype consists of the 141.R.1244 with an oil tender for mixed service, in the livery of the French National Railways (SNCF), as well as three EW 1-type passenger cars in the museum version of the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB/CFF/FFS). The operational setting corresponds to the year 2026.
The Class 141.R locomotive is one of France’s most distinctive postwar steam locomotives. The model impresses with its particularly delicate metal construction and numerous attached details.
The steam locomotive is equipped with an mfx+ digital decoder and offers extensive lighting and sound functions. The regulated high-performance drive with a flywheel in the boiler, combined with the drive via connecting rods, ensures powerful running characteristics.
The smoke generator, installed as standard, creates a realistic steam effect. Cab lighting, undercarriage lighting, and the flickering of the firebox and burner can be controlled separately via digital commands.
The passenger cars complement the steam locomotive to form a complete historic train set. With a total length over the buffers of approximately 110 cm, this creates an impressive train for large H0 layouts.
Get the Märklin 26141 train set with 141.R and expand your collection with a high-quality complete set featuring a steam locomotive, sound, a smoke generator, and historic Swiss passenger cars.
