Description

Prototype: Swedish State Railways (SJ) Rc 5 electric locomotive. Version in orange basic paint scheme with pantographs. Operating condition as of 1990.

About the model: The Rc 5, Ep. V electric locomotive has an impressive mfx+ digital decoder and extensive sound functions as well as controlled high-efficiency propulsion. It also has a four-light headlights that change over with the direction of travel and a red marker light in conventional operation (digitally switchable) as well as digitally switchable cab lighting. When the headlights on both sides of the locomotive are turned off, the shunting light is turned on on both sides. Brake lines, imitation screw couplers and a closed rail scraper are included.
