The Märklin 39469 is the Re 460 of the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) in a classic, neutral fiery red paint scheme with the locomotive name "Toggenburg". A centrally installed, controlled high-performance drive with flywheel drives all four axles. Traction tires ensure safe traction. An integrated buffer storage unit ensures uninterrupted operation for short sections of track without power.

Swiss light change and digital control

The locomotive has a three-light headlamp and a white marker light that can be switched digitally depending on the direction of travel. In addition, the Swiss light changeover and a changeover between white and red marker lights can be controlled digitally. The headlights on both sides of the locomotive can be turned off separately. The main headlights, cab lighting, warning signal and driving authorization signal can also be switched on digitally - it could hardly be more realistic.
