Description

Märklin 86360 Captrain Freight Car Set with Shims

Are you looking for a modern freight car set for your Z-gauge layout that effectively complements contemporary rail freight scenes? The Märklin 86360 Shimms Captrain Freight Car Set adds three sliding-tarpaulin freight cars with elaborate paint schemes to your layout and is ideal for contemporary Era VI freight trains.

The models are based on Shimmns 6 freight cars from European Rail Rent, leased to Captrain Germany. The cars depict a current operational condition and thus fit perfectly into modern switching, industrial, and freight train themes.

Sliding-Tarpaulin Car Set in Captrain Design

The three cars feature detailed and prototypical lettering. A particular eye-catcher is a car with Captrain’s highly distinctive “Wanted” design, which gives the set a striking visual impact.

With short-coupler hooks for Z gauge

The cars are equipped with close-coupling hooks, allowing them to be seamlessly integrated into Z-gauge freight train formations. With a length over buffers of approximately 169 mm, the set offers a compact yet effective addition to modern layouts.

Get the Märklin 86360 Captrain Shimms Car Set and expand your Z-gauge collection with three modern sliding-tarpaulin cars featuring fine lettering and eye-catching Captrain livery.
