About the model: The Märklin class 038, DB, Era IV steam locomotive in Z scale is a highly detailed collector's model that offers the highest precision. The locomotive is impressive with three boiler superstructures, a raised Indian box and the reproduction of an Indian magnet on the right side. The locomotive body was cast from fine bronze and painstakingly finished by hand. Equipped with a bell-shaped armature motor, it has a three-light headlights signal with warm white LEDs. The locomotive is characterized by filigree detailing, such as imitation brakes, enlarged buffer plates and a fully functional, finely detailed linkage. All driving axles are powered, which ensures impressive performance.
