With the BR 184.1 electric locomotive of the German Federal Railroad, PIKO presents a highly detailed model of an Era IV multi-system locomotive used throughout Europe. The BR 184.1, known as the "European locomotive", was designed for cross-border traffic in Germany, France, Belgium and Luxembourg - a real milestone in international rail traffic, now perfectly reproduced on a scale of 1:87.

The model impresses with numerous highlights: The finely designed roof garden with filigree metal pantographs, which are mounted without visible screw connections, as well as fine engravings and grilles on the side surfaces emphasize the high-quality impression.
