The Piko 24545 H0 stake w agon is a precise reproduction of a historic freight wagon of the Polish State Railways (PKP) from Era III. With its characteristic design and the free-standing stanchions, this model is an excellent choice for your H0 model railway layout.
In Era III, stake wagons were mainly used for the transportation of timber, raw materials and bulky goods. This model is characterized by a high level of detail and prototypical equipment and brings the atmosphere of historical freight traffic to your layout.
The model impresses with the finest engravings and free-standing stanchions, which emphasize the authentic appearance. With a length over buffers (LüP) of 138 mm, the wagon is ideal for historic freight train compositions. The robust design guarantees reliable use.
The wagon is equipped with an NEM shaft and a close coupler link, which makes it very versatile. Replacement wheel sets for AC operation (item no. 56061) are also available separately so that the car can be used flexibly on different track systems.
