With the Piko G diesel locomotive NoHAB in EBS (Erfurter Bahnservice) livery, you can bring a real cult object of European railroad history to your garden railroad. The characteristic round noses were built between 1954 and 1965 by the Swedish manufacturer NoHAB - based on the American F-design from EMD. Today, some of these machines, like the prototype of this locomotive, are still in active service with private railroad companies such as EBS.

The locomotive features free-standing handrails, signal horns, perfectly inserted portholes and the finest engravings on the fan grilles. The famous "round nose" is faithfully reproduced. By retrofitting a digital decoder, the driver's cab, engine room and running gear lighting can be individually switched digitally - ideal for modern layouts and scenarios.
